For our short, we want to export out to TIFF's then, import into Photozoom Pro & blow it all up to HD, or near it. THEN import it all back into Vegas for editing ... or vice versa.
Question is, is it better to take our FINAL and render uprez that (will all FX, etc.) through Photozoom Pro, or is it better to take the raw footage & uprez it, then bring the uprezzed footage into Vegas, and edit it there in it's native large size? Then, for DVD, we'd render it out to the smaller SD size.
I guess to sum it up, will the FX look better if they're uprezzed after the fact as well, or if we put the FX on already uprezzed footage, working in a HD aspect size project?
I'm not even sure if I understand what I'm asking myself, now that I've said it all.
