Best Still Image Export Setting

What is the absolute best quality picture export setting that can be generated from an image off the timeline in FCP? I'm trying to use some images from the timeline for press kits, dvd covers, etc...

FCP has a very quirky still export I hope they fix really soon.

Export the clip as a QuickTime movie, open in QT Player, export your stills from there, they'll be as good as they can possibley be.

huh, first I'd heard of this. So grabbing a still from FCP is wonked? How so? I usually grab a frame in FCP and then convert that to a still. You're saying export a clip to QT first, and then somehow grab a still from that?
