Best smartphone for 4K video?

What would you recommend for a good walk around 4k smartphone for video? I will be attaching to a small 3-axis gimbal, so ois isn't that critical.

I was looking at the Galaxy S6, iphone 6s and G4 but they all have a lower bit rate for 4K video. Are there any smartphones out there with higher bit rates or more a Log profile?

IPhone 6S has an app called Filmic Pro which is really nice.
One of many nice things is the ability to set the bitrate up to
50Mbps for HD video and 100Mbps for 4k (I heard an update may
be released which upgrades this further to 150Mbps)
