What are the best smart phones for our type of work? And or tablets?

From a creator's point of view, what are the best phones to help productivity or organization?

I'm not interested in the consumers point of view, but to help workflows for production and post production.

What phones would help with some of these tasks?
- Producing a feature film (Is there a call sheet type app or anything else to help produce)
- Post production on a feature film (any apps for software or organization?)
- Remote login into my computer I have at home to work off my phone, access final cut pro, after effects remotely
- Work from my phone directly, modify excel documents, access dreamweaver
- access fetch ftp or similar
- screenwriting with final draft or any other software
- skype video conferencing
- managing projects
- Overall managing a post house

Can all phones open, modify excel and word documents?

I also shoot on a red camera, 5d, and use final cut pro, after effects, nuke, 3ds max, and many other mac and pc, any apps or cool smart phone apps for these?
