Best small rig

I have a pocket rig v1. It was my go to rig until I bought a pop lock via Kickstarter. The pop lock I have is a version Hondo doesn't make anymore and the pro version looks a bit bigger than mine. The one I have is basically a selfie stick with three dog joints that I can configure as a hand, shoulder or chest rig. I prefer the Hondo because it is small and can lock in place. You may like the pocket rig for bigger cameras or to hang a follow focus or matte box on--but probably not enough room to do both. Build quality on both is excellent.

I have pop and lock pro, with the pistolero handle thing. Like it a lot, used it with GH3 to get some very stable hand held footage at a music event. I like their gear so far.

FYI - I ended up buying the Hondo Garage pop lock and like it. It has one major flaw in that when using it as a top handle I cant set down the camera because of the way it screws into the bottom of the camera.

In the end I often use a short israeli arm with one end attached to a quick release and the other end into a swissrod with a shoulder mount on the end. It is infinitely adjustable due to the arm - so I can get the camera EXACTLY where I need it and dont have to strain or contort. I can also add a plate to the bottom of the swissrod so I can pop the whole rig onto my tripod... can't do that with the pop lock pro. Also the swissrod and or the quick release have extra 1/4 20 or 3/8ths so I can mount an extra handle, light, audio... whatever.
