Best settings to get an .mp4 file from Compressor?

Does anybody know how to get a good quality .mp4 file out of Compressor? There a decent file you can get from doing quicktime conversion in final cut as an .mp4 with h.264 as the codec... but I'd rather do it through Compressor since it's a smarter compression program.

Anybody know how to achieve that? Thanks!
