Best setting for Vimeo?

Can anyone advice me on what is the best setting for your video to download onto Vimeo? I'm working on Vegas Pro 12. Thanks
 
Adobe Media Encoder for example, has a VBR, 1 pass, target bit rate of 16 Mbps, Max Bitrate of 20Mbps, High Profile, Level 4.0 for a Vimeo 1080P stream for Vimeo. Audio is AAC at 48K with 320K bitrate. Hope this helps as a starting point.
 
Depends on the complexity of the motion and length of the video. I shoot a lot of high motion scenes where I want to preserve detail. Most of my stuff is under 3 minutes. I found that photo jpeg at 70% quality does very well when re-encoded by Vimeo. Here is a sample of what I mentioned.
