As much as I love Apocalypse Now, many of the key scenes have few beat changes and its very driven by monologues.

Here's one of the best:

Supposedly the only thing in this scene that was adlibbed was the Cantalope line (or maybe the eggplant one, I don't remember).
Everything else is as written in the script.

Unfortunately, I can't find a clip, and I'm not quite sure why you're looking for these, so the fact this is from an animated film might be an issue. However, in terms of pure, cinematic storytelling, the courtship to marriage to trying to have a baby to middle age to old age and death sequence from the Pixar film Up, is one of the single most brilliant pieces of cinema I've ever seen. I'm pretty sure the whole thing takes under four minutes, yet it conveys so much story in a very rich and emotionally satisfying way. It's like silent film at its very best.
