Best rendiering vs Window media?

What is the best rendering for Vimeo? I'm using Vegas Pro 9. I have been using Windows Media but there got to be a better output?

Interesting ... but I doubt anyone will see the difference between his good method ( which I believe is over kill and is more than double the render time of my template ) and these settings.
