Best remote controller (on/off rec button) for Panas w/shoulder rig and grips?

I'm going to be recording fast paced hockey games using shoulder mount rig w/grips and want a controller down where my hands will be that allows me to control record on/off quickly and easily.

Not concerned with iris or focus or anything else, just want the rec on/off control.

Would love to hear about your solution and recommendations for this situation.
