Best Quality For Youtube

I have "Sorenson Squeeze." "Sorenson squeeze" compresses videos in many formats including wmv, flv, mp4 etc. From what i have heard, flv is the best for youtube. When i open up "sorenson Squeeze," it says "import uncompressed file" or something like that. My question is, how can i edit a video, then import it into "Sorenson Squeeze" Uncompressed? I use Sony Vegas 6 by the way.

If I understand your question, your asking how to create an uncompressed file to import into Sorenson. Select File > Render As, and then select AVI as the format, and then select Uncompressed in the settings. Make sure you have lots of HD space...it will be BIG.

I edited the video and rendered it to an Avi. file, opened it in Sorenson and compressed it as an flv. file and it still looks awful on Youtube. Can someone show me exactly how to get the best quality possible onto youtube using a dvx100 and Sony Vegas 6, It's stressing me out, i see people with GREAT quality on youtube using Dvx100's and sony vegas like i do and I jus have no clue how they do it. Can someone help me?
