Best QT codec/settings?

I'm trying to export a 30 second QT movie from Premiere Pro 1.5.1 with the highest possible quality, but I'm not sure which codec is best. Here is a list of all codecs available to me:

I tried a few of them, and they've all been unacceptable (including DV/DVCPRO). The only one that looked good (and it looked REALLY good) was "None" which resulted in an 800Mb file for this 30 second clip. The Microsoft DV codec I use for .avi's will give me a 100Mb file. (If it's possible, I'd like to be able to upload this relatively easily. 100Mb is fine, but 800? Not so much.)
The guy that I need to get this file to will be making dubs to MiniDV tape from his Mac. I believe he's using FCP Studio. I sent him an AVI, but he got this message:

If the AVI would look as good as possible coming from his Mac, then we'll go that route. But if not, I guess he needs something with .mov at the end.
Any ideas?

Perhaps try the "Animation" codec. It is QT? I don't use it, though heard it may be using lossless compression, like winzip or LZW. So may be good for back up, but taxing on playback. Your friend needs to re-encode for playback I imagine. Just a guess, hope I am not wasting your time.
