Best PP CS5 preset for Canon T2i/550D footage?

For all of you Premiere Pro CS5 and Canon T2i/550D users can you share which preset you use when starting an edit project, the "Canon XF MPEG2" or the "Digital SLR" preset? I've been searching this on the web and have seen conflicting opinions about which should be used.

Just go with the DSLR presets. They have just about all the different formats that a DSLR can shoot with.

If you do not know what preset to choose drag a file into the New Item icon.
Premiere will figure it out for you.

Ann, it's not that I don't know what format my footage is... I do. The point of my question was to ask what other Canon shooters are using for the Premiere preset. So far I've seen some people say to use the Canon XF and others say to use the DSLR preset. I've been unable to find any info that explains why Adobe included the Canon XF preset and what cameras or DSLRs it was intended for.

The purpose of this post is to ask Canon shooters who use CS5 what preset they are using and why they chose it.

Thanks everyone. It appears that the Canon XF presets may be for their video cameras. Kind of confusing for someone new to DSLR's and Premiere CS5.
