I'm sending someone to make a very important presentation in a couple weeks, and need to send him with the best-possible equipment to make a presentation of a few of our promos/trailers.
They're SD, 4:3 content. I could send him with any kind of file or DVD.
The equipment I send him with needs to have as few cords/cables as possible, and be as instant on/off as possible. If it's possible for the equipment to contain/be used with a portable power source, that could be best. The equipment needs to have a sizeable screen, preferably at least 19-20", but not too large to take simply in and out of the meeting, and decent audio.
Since this is a one-time thing, a rental is preferred.
Anyone have ideas?
