OK - I'm really depressed today. Shooting footage of kids at a playset, and one throws a handful of rocks at the camera. The UV filter wasn't replace last time we had the Redrock on, so BAM, a big nasty chip in the front lens element. It is toast.
Can anyone recommend the best way to go about getting that lens repaired?
And while you're thinking about it, make sure your UV protective filter is on, or go buy one. It's gonna be lots cheaper than what I'm facing this week....
thanks,
