Hy guys, I' shooting a short film with a JCV gy hd200 and a AJA IOHD.
It goes straight from the component to the IOHD and then to a external drive on a macbook pro. No HDV, only Prores HQ. My question is, when I'm done editing my short film, what would be the best way to deliver it without loosing quality ? Lets say I wanna send to film festivals and stuff. What kind of output will not take away quality ? And what about TV? I have to send my short film to a tv station as well, what should I do ?
 
well, you'll want to send the final output in whatever format the festival/broadcaster asks for.... so you'll just have to get a copy of the delivery requirements and then go from there.
