Best microphone for recording studio voice overs? Sennheiser vs Neumann

I just need stronger magnets. We've talked about condensor mics., but with students the plosives are more difficult to deal with. Every newer Neodymium powered mic. that we've tried has been good, it's just a question of finding the money for 20+ of them. Just need 2 or 3 db more output, and while some in our department might argue, quality is #2 or #3 on the list. The sound treatment on the walls is old and in bad shape, the ventilation is junk. We had to take all the clocks out of the rooms because they made a loud enough tick to be recorded. Going to be a tough few years now with the plague and all.
