Best mic for Acapella and voiceover?

Hi,

I wanted some advice on the better of the two mics to record voiceover and acapella songs at home, the two mics are the rode NT3 or studio projects C1

I would be using both mics in apple garage band? Any thoughts, suggestions welcomed?
