Best Low End Drone Model that will translate into Real Experience

I've worked various roles on set and in production for years, but when I was going to school Drones were definitely not a thing you could learn. I'm looking for recommendations what sort of entry level drone would be a good purchase for someone looking to get some experience that would translate into useful knowledge down the line when I feel comfortable buying something more Pro.

Additionally anything to watch out for also helpful!

Thanks!!
