Best Live green screen method without green screen?

I have my green screen, but I'm also thinking of a quick & dirty method I can use to vlog at home & post on youtube without doing too much in post-production.

Other than VCam, is there any better alternative to replacing my background easily (preferably LIVE, if not post is fine too)? There won't be much movement - just a talking head with good DOF.. using either my A7Rii via Sony Remote or P30 Pro via DroidCam.

All suggestions welcome, thanks!
 
How about the "Choose Virtual Background" in Zoom Meeting? Free, and seems to me does a better job than VCam.

The quality is terrible because it is streamed and capped at 1080p. Would also love a solution that can stream via my A7Rii, or at least done easily in POST without much correction.
 
How about recording with Open Broadcaster and setting your scene up as the key with background already in place? Free, fairly easy, and used by hundreds of Youtube gamers every day.

The biggest flaw with OBS is trying to play back many video clips. It pretty much relies on VLC to play the media, and the playlist function is not great, or at least not what I would expect from something like a $50,000 Avid Airspeed like we have in our studio.
