Best Lav for JuicedLink Setup (GH3)

Hey everyone. Quick question:

I've got a GH3 and am about to purchase a JuicedLink preamplifier/mixer. (Link) I need a good microphone strictly for interviews to plug into the JuicedLink. My voice will not be on camera for these interviews.

I have $600 allotted for a mic. Ideally, I'd like to get more than one mic but my main concern is to get a very good quality lav within my budget for right now. Any recommendations? Thank you!
 
Are you referring to a Cable Lavalier mic or a Radio Lavalier mic? Both these types would be suitable for a single person.
For an interview (conversation between 2 people) you will need 2 Lavalier mics (either Cable or Radio) OR hand held reporter style mic OR a boom mic [with an operator].

I'm thinking a cable, XLR lavalier. I understand radio lavs typically are more expensive? I also looked into booms but the majority of the interviews will with one person so I thought a lav would be the way to go.
 
A hard-wired lav would be the most cost effective and reliable option.
The OST mics are a very good price/performance deal.
 
Thanks everyone! The Oscar mics look perfect and the reviews seem to be very positive. The only catch looks to be navigating the website. :) But I've contacted them and hope to place an order.
