What is the best "cheap" editing software for GH4/4K video?

Maintaining a good bit rate and stabilization are important.
 
The best bargain professional non-cloud 4K editing software IMO is Edius. I prefer to own rather than subscribe to software. The cross-grade price is $339. However, make sure that whatever you buy is compatible with your computer specs or else you may be very disappointed on playback scrubbing the timeline.
