Best Gimbal for Sony a6000 (6300)

I've got the DJI Ronin. Looking to go smaller, and considering the upcoming a6300 for lighter gimbal work.

What's a good quality, tried and true Handheld Gimbal? As i look around at them, they all seem a little iffy.

Guess i'm just looking for any feedback on handheld gimbals, ease of use and if you can even get good results from that type of set up.

I had the Ronin and RoninM.

Sold original Ronin bc it's way the phh too heavy. RoninM is working ok for now. I'd personally wait until NAB to see what next-generation gimbals are going to be. I'd expect something new from DJI very soon. They really do well at learning what works from product to product.

Personally I just purchased the Beholder DS1 at owldolly and so far am very happy with it. There are many reviews out there you just have to dig thru them. Each unit excels in different ways so you have to decide what is the most important factors to you. In deciding on the Beholder my deciding factors were price, gimbal size vs carrying capacity and the ability to turn it upside down.

+1 for the beholder ds1 and letus helix jr
I own both and I don't regret the purchase.

i use the ds1 for the a7rII with a sony lens. Eventually you can attach a couple of rods to its base for mounting extra handles, monitor/recorder etc, but then it wouldn't be so portable :)

Just note that it doesn't allow any customization of the parameters for the motors, which is annoying since I feel that the joystick calibration can be improved quite a bit.

Cheers
