Best Flash FLV converter sftwre for MAC G5

Hey Guys,

I'm a mac user I'm just wondering what options do I have for an FLV converter to upload HD footage and other footage to a new website.

I know with the PC's there's a lot more conversion software compatible. I need any links or anything that can help me with this matter.

I use Flash Cs3. You can turn .mov h264 files into flash flv files. Or alternatively you can use flash video streaming. I simply export my video from final cut pro to .mov via h.264 then upload that file to my flash video streaming site (www.imediasee.com) then embed the code into my html page via dreamweaver. The .mov file automatically streams onto my website via a flash streaming video.

I prefer use Macvide FlashVideo Converter.it's tool for convert swf to mov.It's really good programm.But it's especially for Mac.

I am fairly new to video and brand new to HD video and tapeless workflow (just purchased an HMC40).
I do my video editing on a Mac Pro quad core computer.
For converting .mov, as exported from final cut express via H264 compression, to FLV, I have used Adobe Media Encoder CS4.
Has anyone else used this software?
