Sorry for so many questions.
If you guys know a decent online resource or book that has these answers
I'd love to stop bothering you.
A buddy of mine has Adobe Premiere and it looks like it will export TIFF files
so I could give my fx guy what he asked for.
The FX person said the PNG files I created can be worked with but I'm just trying to do my own
research to give him exactly what he asked for in the first place.
If I was to export the timeline from Vegas into Premiere what format would
keep the highest bit rate and quality?
I know you guys have mentioned DNxHD will stay in 10bit but is a lossy format.
Is there any other formats that will export in 10bit?
At this point I don't care about size because I can do this all in 1 room on a single hard drive and reconnect to the other computer.
Being new to all this.am I over analizing it? Is 8 bit just fine..etc..etc?
Or am I going the right way trying to squeeze every ounce of quality I can get?
