Best export settings for collaborating

I am working with a VFX artist who is in another state on a feature. Shot on GH2
we are using sharefile.com to share data, however if I export at lossless in AVI, the files are so ridiculously huge, they are more than the file size limit of 10gigs.
Is there a setting I can use to send clips to my VFX guy where we will not lose any quality that won't result in massive file sizes?

I shot this stuff with the 176mbps hack so I'd to reap the benefits of it.

No. The only way to make it significantly smaller is to compress it, and that means compromising on quality.

You might try something like the free UT codec, which uses lossless compression and plays just fine with the Adobe suite. The files will get smaller, especially in YUV420 mode, but not nearly as small as something like AVCHD or the original media, whic is highly compressed using lossy compression.
