best export setting out of After effects to use in fcp?''apple prores 422 1920/1080

Hey there I am editing a video in fcp on a apple prores 422 1920 by 1080 30p timeline and i need to know the best export setting out of After effects so that i can edit in the fcp with out losing any quality?
 
If you need alpha then use prores 4444 and make sure auto gamma correction is turned off. If you don't need alpha
you can alternatively use the other prores.
Animation is another codec often used but you will need to render once in FCP
 
I would try to match the export from After Effects to match your sequence settings in Final Cut Pro. If you are rendering something that requires transparency, go with the animation codec or if you think it's better Apple ProRes 444. You want your exports not to have to cause you more rendering in the timeline than need be
