Best dvd authoring company

Just wondering who you guys have used in the past for your authoring and packaging (or, if it's been DYI, what programs have you used)?
 
Depends on platform. For Mac there is pretty much DVD Studio Pro - on PC you have several other sources. I really separate out the encoding from the authoring application. Depending on how complex you need to make the authoring, basic needs are pretty much the same across all of them. Differences will be with Blu Ray, and other factors like that. On PC I go between Sonic Solutions and Adobe Encore. I use Rhozet's Carbon Coder for encoding - very fast and great quality with good control over color space conversions between my HD masters and SD DVD's.
