Best DSLR Slider for under £100?

Hey guys,
Just shot my first music video in London and it went very well although i think a DSLR slider would have been a good addition.

So, what DSLR Slider would you reccomend for around £100? I use a 7D

It is decent enough, but you get what you pay for. If you can't afford anything else, you will be happy with what you get for the price. I've had mine for six months. I'm about ready to upgrade to something better. If you are willing to wait a month or so, I'll sell you mine second hand for even less... :beer:
