Best deal for custom embroidered hats?

[El Director]

I'm wanting to get a few crew hats made for Leap: Revelation. They need to flexi-fit, not adjustable. All the places I'm finding so far online charge $20-$50 just to convert my two color logo. Vista Print has the best deal I've seen (my total for everything was $22 per hat), but they're not flexi-fit. What are some places you guys have used?

Make sure to check out any local places. Particularly, think of the people or businesses that do apparel for schools/events.
