Best compression for 5 min vid for Utube

I'm looking for the latest answer on compression settings for a dvx100a 24pa edited clip to be uploaded to Youtube. I've seen stuff shot on the little consumer hdv cams and blown to full screen they dont look good but its twice the quality I get from my clips.
A few stickies have suggested settings which Ive tried with ok results but Im still hoping to find out what the best settings and files are to upload my 5 min music vid.

Well for one thing HDV is HD- that's a lot more resolution than you get on your DVX100. But anyways- I'd start with an H.264 at full resolution and try maybe 2000 Kbps. You can do this in Compressor or QT Player.
