Best clothes for cameramen to wear while shooting?

I mainly shoot weddings at the moment. Some considerations are:

-- Black (less distracting if you're caught in frame; doesn't reflect light from flashes; looks professional)
-- Formal, for the sake of the occasion
-- Comfortable, especially the shoes part
-- Minimal layers of clothing (running around, you stay warm anyway; main problem from multiple layers of clothes is body heat fogging the viewfinder)
-- Slip-on shoes (in case you need to remove to stand on someone's chair or bed, or to enter/exit a temple).

I wear a Lowepro S&F belt as well, with all manner of crap carried in it. Translated into the non-wedding world, this could mean a camera assistant's toolbelt if you're a solo shooter, or a bumbag. At the minimum, probably a flashlight attached to your keychain, so at least you can see how level your tripod is at night time.

That said -- Making of Apocalypse Now -- Storaro and Coppola go topless in the tropical climate. Shooting unsimulated sex scene in Nine Songs -- Michael Winterbottom and crew strip down to underwear to make actors more comfortable. Have a recollection that maybe Kubrick stripped down as well for Tom and Nicole scene in Eyes Wide Shut.

Black... yep my closet is full of solid black T-shirts and button dress shirts, range from hipster to corporate (I hate polo shirts). Mix of jeans, cargo shorts, dress paints of various dark colors. I wear dress shoes most of the time and spend $300-500 on a pair of dress shoes which last 6-10 years each. My mephistos are on their second soles, most comfortable shoe I own. Redwing boots with custom inserts for the dirty days. Long hair, so my neck and ears don't burn and I'm never mistaken for a corporate worker with real job.
