I don't think so, I think those things leak out from "completion guarantee insurance" shops who require any even in which a principal or director might walk out to be documented, pure conjecture though.
But I think the video assist and sound dept. have some special rules applied if the picture is "bonded". I think O'Russel saw those and will make sure that he checks the video playback machine post-rant. :-).
