Best budget gpu for pp cc What's in your rig?

I'm shopping for all my parts for my new editing rig but I'm stuck with the last step of choosing my gpu with only 300 bucks remaining and a little room over.

My shopping cart has

i7-4790k
asus Maximus vvii formula mobo
2x 8g pny xlr8 1600 ram
pny xlr8 240gb ssd

i have another 160 for cooler and psu haven't decided which yet I currently have a 550 w dynex psu in current rig which I may use and I have a 2tb internal hdd for footage 500gb hdd for templates and mattes and and 2tb external just because

I have to choose gpu with 320$ at most what do you all have what is recommended
this is for pp cc pp cc 2014 AE cc photoshop and encore cs6 on win 7 pro
 
Thanx I wonder how that gigabyte 760 4gb would perform and if I could pull off 4k editing with it I'm thinking about going with 32g of ram I want my system balanced
