Best Book on Lighting

I am looking for a really good indepth book about lighting techniques (for on location and studio) for both film and video, anyone know of some good ones?
 
I would go to birns and sawyer website and get this video..very good and a lot easier than to deal with a book. Excellent video. Also the color dvd is one of the best of understanding light. I know it's a bit pricey but I've learned more than trying to use a book which doesn't give you the whole picture. Ps get the Vol 2 only.
