I wasn't around for the 70's...

I don't get why they call her Peaches...

at least if it was Chinese you could kinda appreciate it. I swear when I was watching that clip if Chuck Norris popped out of the closet I would fell off my chair.

Hahaha. Isnt it great. It has it all.
I love the screaming and the pov stranglehold.
The film is called "Death Promise" and is a true classic. Filled with great scenes.

Re: Best Action Scene EVER!!!!

Pretty cool but I still have to say the all time greatest action scene from the 70's is the intro of Black Belt Jones starring Jim Kelly.  The music, the fro and the action was all so over the top.  As well, I think Dolemite deserves an honorable mention as well.

Re: Best Action Scene EVER!!!!

I know you guys are referencing fight scenes, but for the best overall action scene ever (certainly the best for it's time), I'll take the car chase in Bullitt (Steve McQueen, Robert Vaughn, Jacqueline Bissett, Robert Duvall, 1968).

The trailer with excerpts of the scene can be seen here:
