bella keyboard problem

I had an accident with my old keyboard, so I decided it was a good time to upgrade to a Bella. I got the advantage series and also got the Contour shuttle Pro. I installed the keyboard, and everything seemed to be fine (used it to type in the url, so I know it worked) Then I intalled the SHuttle Pro, and now the keyboard doesn't work at all. I know the connection is good because the SP and a little LED keyboard light I use work fine through it.

Any thoughts?

Is the shuttle pro connected through the keyboard? If it is maybe try a direct connect through a monitor or to the tower. Maybe a button is stuck on the shuttle pro?? Just a couple guesses??

I don't know what it was, but it all seems fine after a re-boot.


I have to say that I LOVE this device. It has already saved me time.
