Being Crushed With Somthing Big- How TO

OK as some of you might know i posted a topic in Stunts/Effects on how to re-create a Final Destination Death. Does anyone know how i could make something really big and heavy like a, sign or boulder come down on me and crush me. Now if you have to use a dummy for this effect I'm fine with that but is there an easier way or method to accomplish this. Thanks
