There conventionally is no "director" for behind the scenes. The producer is 99% of the time fulfilling that role as well as conducting the interview. beyond that there will be an editor and again the producer serves, in most cases, as the writer by choosing the interview bites they like and structuring the piece for the editor. going back to production you've got a camera op and a location sound mixer who is also doubling as a boom op. I've been doing it for a couple years now and I've never seen more than the following on studio behind the scenes...
PRODUCTION
producer
camera operator
location sound mixer
