Before I buy...

I'm considering buying an Redrock adapter with the Zeiss lenses.

I shoot on a DVX100b. Would I be better off buying an SD Redrock adapter, or an HD adapter.

I'm considering HD for when I upgrade my camera to the HVX in due time, but would the HD adapter still work okay on the SD camera?

If you plan on upgrading your camera, by all means get the HD achromat. The HD achromat works with the dvx, and might even give you a better picture over the SD achromat.

question: do I have to worry about hd achromats with a letus extreme? I shoot on an xh-a1 which is hdv, but I figured I could just buy the letus extreme and mount it up and go. am I wrong?

You'll be fine, the A1 + LEX is an amazing combo :)
