Before editing DVX100 footage in PPro 1.5

Hey!

I just wanted to ask you guys what I should be mindfull of before editing DVX100 footage in Premiere Pro. I guess regular PAL footage is just imported the same as any other camera but I've read something about 24pa or regular having problems in 1.5? I just don't want to run into any stupid problem when I get my hands on my DVX this monday.

Are you editing PAL or NTSC? PAL is 25 fps meaning that you don't have to worry about pulldown. I think version 1.5 have some problem with not interpreting 24pA pulldown correctly sometimes. Not sure if that's been resolved in a patch.
