Bearings for my new dolly

I will be starting on finishing up my dolly track system this summer. There are a couple of things left to do but here's what I encountered at the moment. I'm trying to find these type of bearings.

I'm trying to make something similar to this:

If anyone know a place on the Internet where I can purchase something like that, I'd appreciated.

Do you know that something like that defiantly exists? Cant seem to find it anywhere.

What I would do:

Drill the holes in your section and press in a stainless steel boss, with a 15mm bore (add about 50microns for clearence and a 20mm OD. Then make a flat plate with your mount holes and a 15mm stud that slides into the boss.

Then use one of these between the plate and your section:

And then thread the top of the shaft and stick a nut on it or something to stop it falling out. Put lots of grease on the shaft.

If you cant do that, then maybe mount a small flange bearing on either side of the section with a shaft going through.

Okay, I have been trying to comprehend your instruction and implement it but I'm not sure I understand your instruction fully. Would you mind giving a step by step instruction? Many thanks in advance.
