BBG help needed

So I bought a BBG based on all the great posts here and I got it from evsonline.com and now I can't figure out how to take the dang thing apart. I read that you can unscrew it in the middle to put it on an Oktava but for the life of me I can't seem to unscrew it (and I don't want to hurt this delicate $140 piece of wonder). What's the trick?
 
hold it firmly by the center plastic and just twist (if you're holding it with the top of the BBG pointed at your face - twist the top portion counter-clock wise). Just twist with firm, even pressure - it will open. I had the same worry when I got mine. The damn thing is criminally expensive for it's build quality (damn that whole supply and demand thing).

Thanks man! That worked. I was worried about breaking the dang thing but it finally popped. 2nd and 3rd time were somewhat easier. Thanks for the quick reply.
