Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome

Give me the flamethrower, I'm cold at the moment. He burns up but keeps popping back with a smile on his face so it must be good.

This is ridicuolous, 2 days from summer and we've got torrential rain and blowing a gale outside. After nary a drop of rain all winter. Powerlines down everywhere. At least there should be some overtime in it for me over the next few days. Do I get another lens I don't need or save for the Vinten sticks I do need? Dilemmas...

Cylons don't have dilemmas. By your command.
 
Finally watched through all of this. Seemed like a typical pilot movie, but it doesn't break any particularly new ground.

There was one little easter egg I thought was clever -- the stripe patterns on (some of) the vipers matched the toy line from 1978:

Somehow I missed this. Started watching the first one just now but I have to ask.... Did someone on the production not see the memo about the overuse of the lens flare effect in Star Trek?
