Battery from DVXUser

Has anyone purchased a battery from DVXuser.

How long did it take to arrive?
Do they answer emails?

I ordered, heard nothing and can't get replies
from thier (dvx) email or zoomforce.

100's have bought them, they can sometimes take a bit of time to arrive it's not a major corp. its the site owner doing it on his spare time. they answered my e-mails anytime I sent em.

ps. welcome to the site.... there's a great search function that you should check out at the top of the screen, just punch in a word or topic ( honestly I bet this question has been asked in the exact form at least 50 times......
 
according to his join date and messed up locator im sure s/he knows about the search.

i have read up on the battery thread and have seen others post abuot delayed replies and slow shipments.

no disrespect intended to the site owner, but customer service is key. if i send in my hard earned money i expect to get a timely reply to my order within 24 hours.. not delayed emails. perhaps someone should be in charge of sending the batteries out if the site owner cant do it in a responsibile amount of time.
 
Well Marctronixx you never know how long the person has actually been around, just cause his ID say's Aug04 doesn't mean he/she has visited more than a couple times, and possibly never tried the function..... I think "try the search " should be drilled into peoples heads instead of posting the same question sometimes every other week... especially about the damn batteries...

And as for the battery issue... Jarred does this as a service with major discount.... I've never heard of someone paying and not getting.... but have experienced delay myself..... but it was worked out and Jarred responded to each of my e-mails...

No Disrespect to you, maybe you've been given the royal treatment in your regular life, but in here your another name ( everyones equal ) and although you may have high Expectations you get what you get.. If you want something shipped in under 2 day's go to evs or bh and pay twice as much... :thumbsup:
 
I ordered a battery and it was a little slow in coming, but I did get it. Sent 1 email, but didn't get a response.
 
well, i just ordered 2 a week ago, got em in 6 days,so obviously, I'm happy.but I also would not have had a problem if it took 2 weeks.I understand he's a busy guy, and he saved me quite a bit of money.it may very well depend on your location as well, how far they have to go through mail. But hey, the guy is still doing us a big favor with the prices.I can't speak for him, but I did read plenty of other posts flaming him, and still ordered the batteries.But I dont have anything major going til May,so I ordered early enough just in case it did take a bit to get them.

dvxuser batteries own. Grab em and cuddle their little voltage in your hot sweaty hands. They're great.
 
its amazing the different experiences people on here have had with the battery thing...

i ordered 5 when i first got my dvx-100a december of 2003 and i needed them in like a week because i was going on the road with a friend who is in the circus and i got them pronto. i got 5 because that was the most you could get for that postage amount.

then about 4 months ago i got two more and again they came within a very reasonable amount of time.

i recently got a second dvx-100a and i'll be ordering a few more just in case and i have no expectations that i'll have any problems, if i do i'll post on here my experience. perhaps its something were 200 people have had no problems and 25 have and the 25 who have post a lot of messages?

Thanks guys.. for undertanding. I dont pretend to be a super mail order king.. I get em out when I can and I just have swamped lately, you will notice shipping delays happen when im not around the boards even.. cause I just dont have the time.
 
I just wanted confirmation when the item shipped. I sent several emails to both addresses listed on the pp invoice, but got no replies. I have a big shoot this weekend and was hoping the battery was coming in.

Since I could not get any replies, I had to rush ship a bloody expensive one to be safe.

Just wanted info on my order, no flames.
