Battery chargers question??

Hello all!!
I just got DVX week ago, and really love it!!
Im long time user of Xl1s but it is totally differnet camera!!
AND THIS DVXUSER SITE REALLY AWSOME, VERY HELPFUL!!
however, i planing to buy battery charger(I had 3 bateries) maybe dual chargers if they have, would guys give me some information??
If there are not(dual charger), single charger also OK.

I've never heard about that Sunpak, but it does look interesting.

I have the MSC1L, and it's a great little charger.

i just sent that sunpack back to amazon....

the charger points were on the sides, not the bottom as we seem to need for our batteries

So,stephen you mean is it not workong a all with any DVX battery???
Cause im more interesing dual charger with is SUNPACK!!
is there any dual charger?

I am planning on getting the Sunpack but after hearing the news about the charger points not compatible with our batteries...I guess I will have to look for another brand. One thing I liked about the Sunpack Dual Charger is that you could use it in the car as well.

unless i missed something, the sunpack only has charging contacts on the left and right bottom.

our batteries seem to have contact points in the center, so no luck at all.

The Lenmar comes with a car cord as well. It's more expensive, but it definitely works with the Panasonic batteries, and it is a speed charger, charging in about half the time the Pansonic charger takes...

Barry- any reason a speed charger would diminish the life of a battery?

Well, they claim just the opposite -- that it "conditions" the battery, extending battery life.

I don't know, one way or the other. I've been happy with it, and it's served me well for the last year or so. I find myself using it about 90% of the time vs. the Panasonic charger. So I like it, I don't know how long a battery would last on the normal charger, but the Lenmar seems to be doing fine...

Bought the Lenmar on Ebay from I think battery etc or something like that. It works good, came with extra plates so I can also charge my sony batteries with it and a car adapter.

I don't use the panasonic charger anymore... no problems as of yet...

some speed chargers generate excessive heat so it damages the cells. The Mach1 Delta does pulse regulation and continuously monitors the cell temperatures to allow the battery to cool.

I use the Mach1 delta as well, and its very fast and the status LCD's are great to see where you are at in a charge cycle.
