I really don't think it looks all that good. I don't know, something about it just doesn't sit right.

And what the hell is with that scene with Batman and Morgan Freeman ala 007 and Q.

Most everyone I know refers to it as "the new Batman movie". I call it "the new Christopher Nolan movie". I'm kind of super-heroed out at this point, but I'll give it a shot just for Nolan.

Anyone ever see his short film "The Following" that he made a while back, before he got big? There is a big Batman sticker on the door of an apartment. Coincidence? I think not!

This Is Going To Be The Best Batman Movie Ever, I Cannot Wait For This, Not To Mention The Ps2 Game That Follows

Just watched the new 1080P "Batman Begins" trailer on my 23" Apple Display.
Stunning. It's on the Apple trailer website. I hope all trailers come out in that format - no more squinting at the screen- with surround sound it's just like a DVD.

"Just like a DVD"? I was hoping that with 1080p resolution, it'd make any DVD look like a sixth-generation copy of a VHS recording of an 8mm film that was developed in broad daylight.

Seriously, the detail is incredible. And those trailers are encoded at the same bitrate that today's DVDs use. Amazing.

don't forget if you get smallville tonight's episode has 10 minutes from Batman Begin's in it...
