batch conform to 24p?

Having shot on 25p, I would like to batch conform all the file to 24p (23.976fps) before I start editing in Vegas. Any software out there that can do this without loss of quality? Should be a simple task.. not looking to re-render or resample any footage; just want to tell the headers the files to play at 23.976fps instead of 25fps... should surely be a one click jobbie?

Can neoscene do this?

Sorry, no I'm using a GH-1, with .MTS files... Dumpster does seem to work for this?

I'd rather not have to change format or render because its going to add significantly to the work flow time and I want to avoid quality loss.
