Batch Capture problems please help!

I've been having some problems when batch capturing.

I noticed that one time when I did a batch capture and I loaded a new tape, I overwrote the last tape's material with the new tape. So I batched Tape 1, put tape 2 to batch and then it over wrote it.

2nd after deleating all those batches and starting over, some clips remained in the list/queue everytime i try to batch a new tape and can't get rid of them. How do I solve this problem?

Here are my steps:

Click batch
Insert tape 2

Popup window reads:

Insert Reels

001 - (time code) 1 clip
006 - (time code) 4 clips

I only want 006 4 clips, but each time I do a new tape, 001 is always there. How do I remove Reel 001?

I also have problems with pre/post rolls? how do I solve that problem? Often it tells me that I don't have enough room? Timecode? Can change this setting some how?

When capturing, somtimes, the details tell me "Removing advanced pulldown" Sometimes it just says "capturing...." and doesn't say "Removing Advanced pulldown".

Is that a problem? Or is that normal to not tell me that advanced pull down is being removed during capture?

You can change the reel information for each clip in the browser (just scroll to the right). There's probably an offline clip from reel 001 in there somewhere. Batch capture seems to have a problem with clips that are very close to the end or the beginning of timecode. If you want to start capturing at the very beginning of a tape, "capture now" is sometimes the only solution ... I am not sure what the pulldown thing is about ...

I was asking about the Advance Pull down, so on the screen when capturing, there are texts telling you what is going on (such as what is the time code, which file etc).

Occassionally under all of that capture information it says "Removing Advance Pulldown from Source"

Sometimes it doesn't. I didn't change any settings.

Now what I'm worried is, will my footage look different because soemtimes the screen tells me it is "removing advance pulldown from scource" and sometimes it doesn't?
