I'm 'trying' to make the move over from FCP to CS6 and I have googled extensively and still haven't found some basic answers to my questions,
Slow Motion... I have 50 & 60p files that I am trying to overcrank to 24p and all I have heard is to right click - speed & duration and then bring down the speed to 40%, this causes very crap playback, it's even adding a frame... I tried 50%, etc.. this just doesn't sound right and does not sound like proper over cranking either, you can do the exact same in FCP and the results are also horrible, is there a 'Cinema Tools' of Premiere in which you can conform 50/60p footage to 24p? or will I have to do this in FCP?
Full Screen.... I have read about this maxamise frame or ` technique and the quality looks bad and it's still not full screen, is there a better option, where you can get complete full screen and the same quality? I am going to dual screen test today...
Is there a 'snap' like feature with the cutting tool, so where ever you have the timeline toggle set to, it'll go directly onto that, not 1mm that way or 1mm this way...??
Cheers
